Refund & Return Policy

At EDR Transfers, we strive to provide high-quality printing services and custom transfers. Because many of our products are custom made, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Custom Printed Products

Most of our products such as DTF transfers, UV DTF transfers, sublimation transfers, and custom printed items are made specifically for each order. For this reason, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
